Karina is teaching at The College of Psychic Studies
When I was a teenager my Father used to tell me about his visits to The College of Psychic Studies where he would visit mediums to connect with his loved ones. He was fascinated by the rare books in the Archives and the 6000 titles that are housed in the library.
On the 6th anniversary of my Father’s passing I received a phone call from a friend who is a consultant healer there to invite me to teach a HI CHI Permissioning and Transformation workshop at The College of Psychic Studies. Given the highly respected history of the college and my Father’s connection to the college, this invitation put a large smile on my face.
Upcoming workshop at The College of Psychic Studies
I am thrilled and excited to share a HI CHI Permissioning and Transformation workshop at the college on September 8th 2020. The title of the workshop is Opening to Lightness – Inside and Out.
I am certain the energy will be totally unique and I invite you to share this experience with me!
The College of Psychic Studies sits within a stunning 6 story house in South Kensington and has been described as “Hogwarts” for adults. It is steeped in history and many famous and fascinating minds have walked through the front doors.
Spiritual history in the heart of London
At a meeting on 20th November 1883 the new society was named The London Spiritualist Alliance, and eventually acquired its own premises at South Kensington, London in 1925. Presidents have included Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, creator of Sherlock Holmes.
The College has been a hub of psychic phenomena in the UK since it opened. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was a spiritualist and devoted support to the women of WW1 who wanted to get in touch with their loved ones that passed over during the war. The women visited the college in large numbers and the College premises is the actual memorial donated as an expression of gratitude by the bereaved of the First World War.
The Ghost Club which started in the 1860’s still has its dark green membership book on show for all to see. The oldest club in the world that investigated paranormal phenomena had an illustrious membership which includes Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Nowadays the college offers a multitude of courses on a large variety of topics including healing, angels, shamanism, astrology and mediumship.
